Group Sessions are organized by skill level. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced with 2 to 6 players per basket. Each session provides in-depth instruction on core concepts, tailored to help every player refine their skills with personalized guidance. Live defender drills are incorporated to practice newly learned techniques in game-like scenarios. These sessions are open to players aged 6 and up. If you're uncertain about your child's skill level, please use the contact information provided to arrange a private evaluation to determine the best group session for them.

Every journey starts with understanding where your athlete is now. In this 30-minute session, we assess skill level, mindset, and goals—so we can place them in the right training path from day one. No pressure, no hype—just a clear snapshot of their game.
We don’t do one-size-fits-all training. Your player will be placed in a small group with athletes at a similar level, allowing for faster progress and better coaching attention. This ensures every rep is relevant, challenging, and confidence-building.
Each session is focused, fast-paced, and built around real in-game scenarios. Players work on footwork, ball handling, shooting, spacing, and decision-making—while learning how to apply those skills under pressure. Every drill has a purpose. Every week builds momentum.

Parents are welcome to observe training sessions at AP Basketball to support their athletes and stay engaged with their progress. To ensure a focused and safe environment, we ask parents to adhere to the following guidelines:
Observation Areas: Parents may observe from designated seating areas to avoid disrupting training. Please check with our staff for the specific location at our facility. Seating is limited, so we kindly request confirmation in advance.
Preferred Drop-Off/Pick-Up Schedule: To optimize space and maintain a focused training environment, we encourage a drop-off and pick-up schedule whenever possible. Parents are welcome to stay if seating is available, but we appreciate your cooperation in prioritizing this approach.
Session Conduct: To maintain a productive atmosphere, we request that parents refrain from coaching or interacting with athletes during sessions unless invited by the coach.
Scheduling: Observation is permitted for all session types (beginner, intermediate, elite, and individual training), but due to limited seating, we recommend confirming with our team in advance, especially during high-demand sessions.
Special Considerations: For individual performance training sessions, parents may discuss observation preferences with the coach to ensure alignment with the athlete’s goals and focus.
We value parental involvement and encourage you to connect with our coaches post-session for updates on your athlete’s progress or to ask questions.
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, our Personal Performance Training program has the following cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% fee of the session cost, as this allows us to manage our schedule and offer the slot to other clients. No-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
Refunds: Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, provided the session has not yet occurred. If the inquiry is for individual trainings they can be rescheduled if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
Exceptions: In cases of emergencies, illness (with a doctor’s note), or unforeseen circumstances, we may waive fees or offer credits on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
Process: Cancellations must be submitted via phone, email, or our online booking system. Credits or refunds will not be issued for unused sessions without proper notification.
This policy is designed to balance client flexibility with the need to maintain a reliable schedule for our trainers and resources, ensuring the highest quality service.
Early training accelerates skill development and goal achievement by building around fundamentals and evolving as skill improves. Personalized coaching helps players progress faster, regardless of what age they start.
Spots fill quickly, and we limit group sizes to maximize coaching.
