Group Sessions are organized by skill level—Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced—with 2 to 6 players per basket. Each session provides in-depth instruction on core concepts, tailored to help every player refine their skills with personalized guidance. Live defender drills are incorporated to practice newly learned techniques in game-like scenarios. These sessions are open to players aged 6 and up. Regulation high school size with enough room for everyone but small enough that athletes won't get pushed to the side. Our court is from the NCAA Final Four in 2023.
